We facilitate connection between local consumers and verified offline merchants (including restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, fitness centres, and diagnostic clinics). ServeU acts solely as an intermediary promotional venue.

3. Deal Pricing, Validity & Availability

All offers, discounts, coupons, and promotional prices displayed on ServeU are provided directly by participating partner stores. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date deal information, stores reserve the right to alter pricing, terms, or availability of their offers at any time without prior notice. Final redemption terms, service appointments, and quality of goods/services remain the sole responsibility of the respective store.

4. User Inquiries & Lead Submissions

When you submit your mobile number to unlock contact details or claim a deal, you authorize ServeU and the respective store to contact you via telephone call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry. You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract deal data or contact numbers from our platform.
• Submit fraudulent, fake, or unauthorized telephone numbers.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the website.
• Harass, spam, or transmit malicious communications to partner stores.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ServeU and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the website, deal redemptions, service disputes with third-party stores, or product quality issues.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
